CSUDH Annual Safety Reports

2025 Annual Security Report听

Pursuant to the听Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act, the 2025 Annual Security Report (ASR) is now available for viewing at /rm/clery-act/annual-security-report. The ASR contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, sexual assault prevention and crime prevention information, and information about drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery crimes for UU直播, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) for 2022, 2023, and 2024. A paper or PDF copy of the ASR is available upon request by contacting the Clery Director's Office located at: Welch Hall, WH-470, 1000 E. Victoria Street, Carson, CA 90747.

2025 Annual Fire Safety Report

Pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity, the 2025 Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) is now available for viewing at /rm/clery-act/annual-fire-safety-report.听The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within CSUDH's housing facilities for 2022, 2023, and 2024, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus. A paper or PDF copy of the AFSR is available upon request by contacting the University Housing and Residential Life Department located at CSUDH University Housing, Building A, room A102A, 1100 E. Victoria Street, WH-470, Carson, CA 90747.

Systemwide Hate Crimes Report

This item provides the annual report on hate violence incidents reported on UU直播 campuses pursuant to听. The statute requires the UU直播 to report annually the number of arrests for, and reported incidents of, hate violence. Each campus must make the annual report available to the public and published on the campus website. To access current and past reports, click the link below and scroll down until you see "Hate Crime Reports". Select the year you wish to view.

What the Clery Numbers Do and Do Not Say

• Statistics compiled for the annual security report and shared with the Department of Education听DO INCLUDE听those reported to the 鈥渃ampus security authorities鈥�, such as campus police or security, a coach, an advisor to a student group or a dean of students.
• These statistics听DO INCLUDE听incidents documented by Residence Life Staff听of students violating campus policies that are also violations of laws captured under Clery.
• These statistics听DO INCLUDE听all reports to campus security authorities of Clery crimes that occurred within Clery geography, regardless of whether the individual reporting was a member of the campus community.
• These statistics听DO INCLUDE听all reports to campus security authorities of Clery crimes that occurred within Clery geography, regardless of whether the person chose to move forward with the criminal justice or campus disciplinary process.
• These statistics听DO NOT听always represent incidents shared with confidential resources on campus such as a counseling center. Pastoral and professional counselors are exempt from Clery reporting, although many institutions have procedures encouraging pastoral and professional counselors, if and when they deem it appropriate, to inform the persons they are counseling of any procedures to report crimes on a voluntary, confidential basis.
• These statistics听DO NOT听include incidents that were not reported to the institution.
• These statistics听DO NOT听reflect incidents reported that occurred in areas that are not Clery geography (such as at an off-campus party at a location not owned or controlled by the institution, an incident that occurs at a local bar or club, or an incident that occurs in the hometown of a student).
